Terms

Terms of use

The agreement between you and us when you use this site.

Last updated 26 September 2026.

1. Who this is between

"We" and "us" means Skull Solutions Pvt Ltd, the company that runs Skull Edu. "You" means anybody using this site, whether or not you have an account.

2. Accounts

  • You need a confirmed email address to have an account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
  • Tell us if you think somebody else has access to it.
  • One person, one account. Do not register an address you do not control.
  • If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before registering or paying for anything.

3. Teachers are independent

Teachers on this platform are not our employees. They set their own subjects, their own schedules and their own prices. We check that a teacher is who they say they are and that their stated qualification is genuine before listing them, and we handle the enquiry and the payment. The teaching itself is between you and the teacher.

4. Paying

  • Prices are shown on each teacher's programs and on each course.
  • Payment is a bank transfer you make yourself, to the account shown when you order. You upload the receipt and a person checks it.
  • Lessons or course access begin once we have confirmed the transfer.
  • We never ask for card details and will never ask for your banking password.

5. Cancellation and refunds

To be completed. Set out here how far in advance a lesson can be cancelled, what happens to a paid but unused lesson, and whether a course purchase can be refunded. Leave nothing to be decided case by case, because it will be.

6. What you write here

  • What you write stays yours. By publishing it here you let us show it on the site.
  • Publish only what is yours to publish, and nothing unlawful, abusive or misleading.
  • We may take something down if it breaks these terms, and will say why.

7. Behaviour

Do not:

  • Harass anybody, or contact a student or teacher for anything other than lessons.
  • Try to reach accounts, records or documents that are not yours.
  • Scrape the site, or automate registration or sign-in.
  • Arrange payment outside the platform to avoid its fees, if you are a teacher here.

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of this.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site up, and it will sometimes be down. Lessons happen on Google Meet, which is outside our control. We are not responsible for loss caused by an interruption to the site or to a third-party service.

9. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Records of payments and lessons are kept afterwards, detached from you. See the privacy notice.

10. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters we will say so on the site. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the new version.

11. Law

To be completed. Name the law these terms are governed by and where a dispute would be heard: the Maldives, presumably.
